Earplugs are ok indoors.. I wore them as a drummer, or now when I get disturbed in my forest where it's not scary, just bothersome when I hear people's voices.. Thanks for the good info! I came here cause I have a sound like water dripping in my head, faster than da heartbeat.. found it...
