Hey. I also have BFS and high pitched ringing. I truly believe they are related, but no one can tell me how. Hyperactive nerves?? Btw, IDK about you, but I do not buy the "anxiety diagnosis." The only thing making me anxious is this ringing. My twitching is so much better after 8 months, but the tinnitus is horrible. Any luck with anything? Thanks.

Hey Jen! My tinnitus is caused by misalignment of the C1, C2 vertebrae. That was caused by YEARS of bad forward head posture So far I have had 2 PT (a Physiotherapist) sessions and have had a very consistent reduction in my symptoms.

Some days its even almost gone. But even when it is there I have had found ways to not get as bothered/anxious by it. I've been going to a therapist/tinnitus coach to help with the emotional aspect of it. I hope you can find some answers.

But to your point, my PT did mention that the nerve impingement (causing my tinnitus) could have caused the Twitching too.
