Couldn't I just wait it out and see if it goes away?

Would there be problems if I wait long?

So basically I have no choice but see a doctor because as of now it's only noticeable if I close my ears though It might just normal idk really I really just don't what to see a doc yet.

I think had this ringing noise since Wednesday and I don't know what to do. Will this go away and do i need to see a doctor or is that not necessary. I think this was due to listening to music for too long and especially since I have been for 2 hours(with some breaks) on a airplane listening...
