I was flu and for cleaning my nose, i used sinus rinse. Maybe sinus rinse solution (salt,bicarbonate solution) passed through eustachian tube and damaged my ear. also loud music with headset can be the source. I have bilateral tinnitus. I am searching for a treatment of tinnitus.
