Hi all, just found this forum, so thought I’d sign up and introduce myself.
I’m Dan, and have had tinnitus for 20+ years. I’ve gotten to where I can ignore it most days, and interestingly, I have found only one activity so far, that actually makes it disappear. What is it? Free diving. I’m not sure if it is the muffling effect of the water, the pressure of the depths I dive to(and subsequent equalizing of the ears), the apnea training, or what. But it works.plus, free diving is something that can be done regardless of age, weight, gender, etc...
Any free divers here?Interact
