      Hello,
      I've had meniere's since 2009 and it has gotten worse. I have it in my right ear with 40% hearing. I have severe vertigo with drop attacks. I had surgery my right ear and had a silicone shunt implanted however believe it's no longer working. My ENT is now telling me I need my inner ear removed to prevent any more vertigo attacks. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this surgery.
