I'm in the same boat as you. A couple of weeks ago I accidentally blasted my ears with a car stereo. It was only for a split second, but it has definitely affected my T.

Thanks guys. I feel a little bit better today. Hopefully once the slight pressure in my right ear goes away it'll be easier to habituate again.
