Look up TTTS. I have it and tinnitus and hyperacusis. I even had tubes put in my ears last year because the ear fullness was so bad.

Hi, I have a large dog with a loud bark. I have trained him to not bark at every little thing like some dogs do. I got him before hyperacusis and tinnitus and so I had barking mostly under control when hyperacusis and tinnitus came on. Get a bark collar and teach your dog not to bark. Good luck.

Hi @Yuuls I have days that my tinnitus goes nearly quiet and the hyperacusis fullness, ear tingling and sound sensitivity get worse. I get super anxious when this happens, like my whole body feels a change taking place. I feel sympathy for people who have these hearing issues. Darryl
