- Tinnitus Since:
- August 2018
- Cause of Tinnitus:
- Unknown. Def as least related to depression/stress.
It's been a rough year. I've been majorly, majorly stressed out. And have significant problems with rage - the government, this city, my neighbors, all of it. I haven't been handling it very well. And then, one day, I sort of felt like I short-circuited. Woke up one morning and the light, regular old tinnitus we all have from listening to headphones our whole lives suddenly became perilously worse - and now it's just this whole new period of my life.
I need to quit smoking. I need to exercise again. And I need to combat my depression. But I really need answers as to exactly what happened inside me, and what I can do to avoid making it worse.
I'm convinced it's nerve-related.Interact
