i had a terrible cold, and my 5600 hz, loud tinnitis that i had in one ear, decided to go to both ears, and i was desperate for sleep i couldn't take it (I have had t since 10/2013... this was recent 11/2014). One of those multi day methylprednisolone packs made the tinnitis in the new ear go...
