Does any one get micro spikes after loud short event? Let’s say a restaurant? Or could it be SBUTTs? Have sbutts lead to anything permanent?

What are these random spikes!? Sometimes they happen for no reason.. even with hearing protection on

Today just sucks. I hate having this. So much info about research and studies all this information is overwhelming and I just can’t today :(

  True, but I tell this to myself all the time and it helps me move one day by day. Simply enough my old audiologist back home told me this phrase once and she helped me out so much.
