Hi,it is hard to explain but more of a high pitch ringing/wooshing and rythmic with my heart beat. I had it for a few weeks when i got my first tinnitus 8 years ago but it went away.Now its back for over a year now.It is debilitating and just seems to get worse every day. Good luck with yours.

Thanks glynis i believe most pulsating tinnitus is vascular but the problem is finding it.I am going to ask for my neck to be checked out.Thanks
