I have been suffering from Pulsatile Tinnitus in one ear since an Orthdontist applied too much pressure to my bottom jaw. It has not reduced in tone but I don't notice it if I am listening to music or the tv. It is worst when I go to bed when it is quiet the tinnitus sounds very loud. If I become upset and my heart beat races the tinnitus becomes very scary as it makes me so aware of how fast my heart is beating. Two weeks after I got it I discovered I had lost a lot of my hearing in the same ear so I feel the two things are related.
