The success rate for hearing loss related T can not be distinguish from placebo effect. In fact, most of the so called T treatments are basically scams that hardly help anybody (some look very sophisticated though). The only path is habituation sadly.

There are people who have benefited, check out the success stories section. T is very unique to the individual so it stands to reason that there will be many different treatments and approaches depending on the person. The important thing regardless of case is learning to relax which will come naturally over time as your brain learns to not fear things.

You can give it a try, but it has more a placebo effect. Some people have positive experience with, other not. It depends, as not every t and body is the same
