My tinnitus is usually a hissing type of perceived sound... Sometimes it's in my right ear, sometimes my left ear and sometimes it's my entire head... And then sometimes I have a quiet day... That lead me to suspect weather related sinus problems but all tests have ruled out any sinus issues...
