Hello! I have muscle tension almost ever since I have had tinnitus (18 months) around the ears. When the tension is most intense I have a "cold" sensation in my ears and a fullness. Is this normal? I mean all the tinnitus sufferers have this?

My dentist says no problem with my jaw. maybe i will go to a physiotherapy...

Is there a connection between tight muscles around the ears - neck -jaw and tinnitus? i have tinnitus 15 months and from the begining i have tight muscles there..( YES and popping and clicking feel of fullnes...etc)

Hi! I am new to the forum... my tinnitus probably started with the benzo withdrawal. Dr. Ashton writes that tinnitus is a common symptom of benzo withdrawal. I am wondering if someone has tinnitus from benzo withdrawal?
