      Hello!

I have muscle tension almost ever since I have had tinnitus (18 months) around the ears.

When the tension is most intense I have a "cold" sensation in my ears and a fullness.

Is this normal? I mean all the tinnitus sufferers have this?

This is an old thread, but I found this article very interesting, indeed, regarding muscle tension and Tinnitus.
I got interested in this particular muscle bc. after my physio massaged this particular muscle something happened with my T. It´s hard to describe, but my T fainted, become less piercing and more hallow if that make any sense. This effect lasted for only two days though. I also suffer from nausea which also is a symptom from strain of this muscle. I´m also doing all the bad things mentioned, ie the way I sleep and how a look at my Mac.
