    I've found ways to help the meniers and would be happy to share them with anyone needing some help.
    Tinnitus on the other hand is insidious and annoying and i havent found anyway to counteract the effect that is effective. Although as a analytic my research continues. My tinnitus is spectrum from day to day...often i go 4 or 5 days with little sound disruption then right back into screaming ear or ears.
    My right ear is the worst...it hisses at some level constantly
    My left ear jumps in infequently, usually it heavily overshadowed by my right
