Self-employed e-commerce professional-just got tinnitus couple weeks ago. Dec. 28 2014
The best post I saw so far was on a UK website where a guy said he did nothing about his tinnitus after a while he didn't even hear it. And he just goes on with his life-that is what I am going to hold onto.
Who knows ultimately what caused this-medications-autoimmune problems-virus in the ear-it doesn't matter I think- the best thing is healthy living and letting your brain get used to it.
It's only been over a week now but I am going to try my best-I'm not saying it's easy-but hopefully you see this post and can join with me.Interact
