Dehydration seems to make my tinnitus worse. TMJ tension also contributes to it.

👍 I had to do it for travel to Hawaii during COVID. It was not that hard, just follow the directions exactly.

I have had high-frequency tinnitus for over 11 years. That TV is always on. 🙄 It makes very quiet surroundings hard to tolerate, but I also use hearing aids, so I have to find a way to balance my suffering. 🥳
