Hi good to find this support forum. I get T in the evenings, seems to come and go but i mainly get it every few days. Ive stopped drinking alcohol and smoking as this sets it off. Although i was only an occasional light drinker and smoker 3 at night before. I dont know but i believe mine was brought on by long term stress, as when i got wound up it felt like blood rushing to my head all night. Hearing appears ok. Dont know why feels like my ears are all blocked up then a few hours later it comes on its a loud humming feels like vibration in my head. Lately its in my head not my ears. Music doesnt block it either it just gives me something to hang on to. Waiting foe ENT appointment, might be glue ear, gonna try steroid nasal sprays. I know theres no cure. Early days, hearing check showed up shadow on ear drum. Told it looked like scarring. Feeling scared and vulnerable, it takes over and is devastating.Interact
