No but I did have a test to check to see if the ear drums were working ok and that test came back ok.

Thank you for replying. At the moment I am getting spikes in the tone it can be quite loud for 4/5 days then go really low . I have had no hearing loss at all. When it is loud I get a hissing sound and sometimes a droning sound but I am trying to stay calm and not get myself stressed up.
