    Like a switch going on, I lay down to sleep on the 4th of October 2013, and on laying on my left side, I heard a high pitched pulsating in my left ear.
    It has never stopped since.
    I also frequently have vertigo and palpitations.
    I have seen ENT, Heart and Neurological specialists, as well as every other conceivable doctor and alternative therapist, all over Europe since then.
    I have had MRIs, MRIs with contrast, ultrasounds, ECGs, blood tests. Nobody can give me any diagnosis.
    Today it switched, first to all through my head and then to my right ear.
    The volume is unbearable.
    I am a musician and writer and this awful awful affliction has destroyed my career and the joy of my life - music....
