- Suspected Dental Work
Hello Everyone
I have had Tinnitus for many years. (2004) after a dental procedure.
Went to many medical appointments and really the doctors just said
I had to get used to it. Stay positive and move on.
Nights were very difficult and slept with white noise machine.
My T eventually habituated. Took about 2 years. Going to work everyday and keeping busy. My brain just forgot about. It took some time but it was gone.
About 2 months ago my T came back. I cannot believe I am where I was in
2004!! I came upon this site 3 days ago and was reading about " Back to Silence" I am trying this and not too sure if I am doing it the right way.
Just following the directions. I would like to hear if anyone has had any success with it. Also, I finished 6 acupuncture treatments and I am not sure if anything has changed. I know this takes time and it will disappear again.
I Trying to remain positive and calm.Interact
