      Hello, I just read one of your stories and it’s inspiring. Do you use ear protection a lot? I know of people that just live like they don’t have it. Deal with the noise not matter how bad. Attempting to protect and avoiding most places is what is driving me a little crazy and it does not work.

        I can’t use earplugs. It makes my head buzz that much worse if that makes sense. I have it in both ears and the top of my head buzzing-static it’s like electricity. Most people with Tinnitus can use ear plugs, but not me. Wondering why mine is so different that other people can and I can’t.

        I cannot wear ear protection for long. The noise is way too loud with it on. Unbearably loud.

        Yeah well they must not have it bad like us. I know some people also, but they have it in one ear or both and there’s isn’t bad at all. I miss being happy and working. Yeah not going anywhere staying home will drive you crazy also. I can’t wear earplugs it makes my head buzz so so bad I can’t stand it.
