Ringing go away don't come back another day!

Hello, I'm a secretary working in a stressful office. I developed ringing in my ears seven months ago, it comes and then it goes about every 3 to 4 days. I do thank God I get a break from it, but some days it can last about 3 days and a loud annoying high pitch sound. I don't know what its...
