      I agree, that was very good of Glynis(I think that is her name) to offer you some support. it took me a long time to find this forum and i looked at loads of other ones but they just did not seem right.. do you have close friends you can talk to if you are feeling down? that can be helpful too. feel free to message me any time even if it just to have a rant...
