I strongly agree! It is something I have started to notice after having problem with tinnitus and its just super annoying. Now all my friends have also gotten very aware of sounds because of what has happened to me and all of them agree that it is often unnecessarily loud at many places...

I see and I agree on success not being linear based on my own experience as well. Im over a year in now and is still struggling a lot, but hopefully things turn around for me soon. All the best
