Hi, I'm JUST like you. Mine started about 2 weeks ago and the shower is total relief. Sleeping is tough, especially when I get up in the middle of the night for a bathroom break. Thank you for the tip on White Noise Lite, I'm looking for a way to loop the shower noise. Take care.

Good advice, thank you. I'll try crickets again. Since my tinnitus is similar to crickets (spend up, stepping on their squeaky disc brakes) I've avoided bringing more to my party. Tapering off of a 2-week run of prednisone which hasn't helped. Hopefully I'll be lucky and in time it will fade.

Howdy, like you I'm new. Just two weeks. Tinnitus came out of nowhere overnight. Both ears. And I already have my Iron Maiden tickets for September!! :meh: Best of luck.
