        I personally wouldn't stop medication cold turkey; maybe speak with your doctor so you can taper, to avoid potential withdrawal symptoms.

        I would say it's pretty normal for T to spike randomly, so bear in mind that it could be completely unrelated to the medication. If it helps, I took Mirtazapine for about a year and my T was fine.
