So sorry T started for you so young. I have had it for about a year now. I try to think about the ringing in my ears as little as possible. I try to focus on other things as I go about my day. T is the pits... but try to keep your mind elsewhere whenever you can. :cool:

I hate when my ears go into high pitch mode. Ugh. I use my cell phone on speaker. I try to stay away from any loud noises. Sometimes when my ears go into high pitch mode, it lasts for hours... like 4 or so ... then my ears go back to low pitch. Keep your stress down. Stress increases...

I try to NOT think about my ears ringing. I have gotten pretty good at this. :) Of course, this is much more difficult in high pitch mode. The worst time for me ... or when I notice it more ... is at home in the quiet. I try to avoid any sounds that will trigger high pitch mode.

The low pitch days are the best! :rockingbanana: The screaming is going on as I type but it will subside... at some point... some very wonderful point. :)

The ringing decreases when I talk only on speaker on cell. I am grateful for any time spent in low pitch. I am currently in 'high pitch."
