    We have a common situation. Worsening of tinnitus and hearing after almost a decade of living a normal life again. But it's get better in time and hope yours will.

    A guess. I tried Ginkgo biloba and it helped me a bit, lowering down its volume or intensity, but it doesn't last long though.

    Have you tried taking vitamin B or Ginkgo biloba? That might help with your situation.

    Sorry to hear that Steph. Stress can really cause quite a lot of things, especially hair loss. My sister often experiences hair fall so she cuts her hair like the modern adult male hairstyle.
