As DezDog points out, the fundamental principal behind this device - the cancellation of two equal-but-opposite sound waves (actual, physical, moving-air-up-and-down - or down-and-up waves) - cannot possibly work with Tinnitus, because the Tinnitus itself is not a sound wave, but merely exists...
