I have had tinnitus for two weeks with.high frequency buzzing/ringing sounds in both ears. This was caused by neck traction machine holding for 10 minutes instead of 30 seconds with releasing. I has severe vertigo (now gone) for 12 hours the day following session. Vertigo for 0 minutes directly after session. Have an MRI scheduled for Tuesday on cervical spine. I am very distracted by the tinnitus in both ears.

I have downloaded some of the apps recommended by forum members but I am old and don't know the best way to access the apps . I know that I can plug in ear pods and listen. I have some betron ear pods for my iPad. But what do ai do when walking around the house, etc.
