(3/4) A bit about my situation: My tinnitus and hyperacusis have been catastrophic. Despite consulting numerous doctors and undergoing various treatments, medications, and counselling sessions, there hasn’t been any improvement. Some treatments made it worse. Every day is a struggle for me, and I'm barely able to function.

(2/4) One of the main things I'd like to understand better is the role of documentation in the approval process. What kind of documentation plays a significant part in the process?
