    Hi Glynis ,thanks for your reply, I do try relaxing but doesn't help a lot . Had a hearing test few weeks ago , I have slight hearing loss at highfrequency they said not much can be done. Going to GP in 2 weeks to see if can get referral to audioligy at hospital

    Hi All ,newbie to your group but old hand with tinnitus ---30 + years in left ear, think caused by high work noise levels in the 70's . It has increased a lot lately and now getting in my right ear , getting really distressed by it
