Newbie

Hi All ,newbie to your group but old hand with tinnitus ---30 + years in left ear, think caused by high work noise levels in the 70's . It has increased a lot lately and now getting in my right ear , getting really distressed by it

Im sure all your knowledge over the years will help other members.
Keep relaxing music on around you and maybe have an up to date hearing test if not already had one and ears checked for wax.

Hi Glynis ,thanks for your reply, I do try relaxing but doesn't help a lot . Had a hearing test few weeks ago , I have slight hearing loss at highfrequency they said not much can be done. Going to GP in 2 weeks to see if can get referral to audioligy at hospital
