As soon as I was diagnosed with Bell's palsy, I did acupuncture, chiropractic and massage every week. As well as beef up on B12, Zinc, Lysine, Vitamin C and started some facial exercises. Mine fully resolved in 3 weeks. Had a week and a half of bliss but then started pulsatile tinnitus... same...
