Quiet please
Member, Female, from Westchester County, NY
The T is tamer. I realized that my terrible spikes are related to inflammation, anxiety & stress. Im learning to handle this aspect better. Jan 15, 2022

I was in an water-aerobics class when the T just suddenly started. I went to many Dr's & had numerous tests. I was told that I have T and I "have to learn to live with it". I lost the hearing in my left ear and now wear dual hearing aids. I have tried chiropractors, acupuncturists, go to a massage therapist, etc., but although I feel somewhat better after for awhile, nothing really works and the T comes "roaring" back! I have given up alcohol, carbs, salt & sugar in my diet. I take several supplements as well. NOTHING works.. so far!Interact
