Retired American living in Spain. In Spain since 1964. Tinnitus started when I was in my 30's. Have visited many "specialists" with no results whatsoever. The best advice I got was from my last doctor: "Learn to live with it. Nobody knows what causes it so there is really no treatment". That is what I have done and here I am more than 40 years later... living with it!
