Ringing starting back in Aug. 2016. Finally went to Doctor in Oct. Audiology test showed I had some hearing loss on the high end sounds. My Tinnitus starting with a clicking type sound and now is a permanent high pitched whistle. Some days are worse than others so I’ve tried to record what I ate, drank, the activities I was involved in, and the environmental surroundings. Can’t quite figure the correct combinations but there are certain things that seem to irritate more than others. I try to stay away from smaller, noisy rooms, and eating and drinking certain things.Those years of playing drums, going to concerts and listening to louder music are backfiring on me. I will continue to like for promising therapies.
