Hi Ed, you and I have the exact same headache. I'm currently treating mine with Endep (amitriptyline) 15mg but the effect is slowly wearing off. I'm also getting osteopathy on my neck and head which sometimes helps. Anyway - happy to keep in touch is either of us finds some relief. Best wishes...
