I have ringing in my ears. Stiff neck. Uncomfortable feeling/ slight pain, when I hold my head real far back. Any suggestion welcomed. I am new here. Had my tinnitus for about 8 months. Been to docs. No help. Been to ear nose doc, no help. Had hearing test. Was OK. I can hear just fine...
