      Hi Stina- I was reading one of your posts under the "positivity thread" and you said something that actually helped me a lot last night, you said that when your T gets bad you tell yourself that it's just the fridge working. For the rest of the night I would tell myself that the noise in my head was just an airplane (my T sounds a bit like that!) and it made falling asleep much easier. So thanks for that!

    Probably my tinnitus is a combination of loud music and high stress levels. I listened to loud music via mp3 for around 10 years. I never had any ringing or discomfort until November 2013, when I developed a mild ringing in both ears, mostly audible in the quiet and before falling asleep. 2013 was a stressful year and I am naturally prone to anxiety anyway. Maybe also a history with arthritis and a weak immune system had an effect.
