Please tell me, what kind of hearing test blasts your ears with 12 kHz at 90 dB? Was it done by professionals? Here, tests go only up to 8 kHz, and never anywhere near 90 dB. The volume is about the same as normal speech. Yes, it takes a long time, but if you can live almost normally again...

All these devices are a big fat hoax. Usually, any improvement happens naturally over time. Of course, if a person uses a device for three months, they might believe it is the device making the difference. It is time that makes the real change. Some medication might improve the condition...

We can only pray that someday Tinnitus and other ear related symptoms are not "treated" like in medieval times. It amazes me that only treatments they offer is therapy and anti-depressants. This is not depression, or mental issue. Do you heal broken bones with anti-depressants or therapy?

Getting there. Slowly, but I am starting to feel like my old self again. (Before the nightclub 3 months ago,not before the first accident 6 years ago) Still, my T gets worse when around sounds or I talk out loud. But I actually sing again in the mornings. Haven't done that in months.
