Thought I 'd mention thatbike accident just like some of the other things I mentioned that might help as to what the cause is.

I forgot to mention as well that sometime in the left ear I get an increased siren/ring that last 1-2 seconds. I also was in a bike accident when I was 12 - my head smacked the tarmac very hard and I still have a lump on the side of my head.
