I am a strong and independent woman focused on helping myself and others discover a daily increased feeling of well-being. I practice this intention daily regardless of what the 30+ diagnoses on my medical chart suggest I do with my day.


Born with X-Linked Bi-Lateral PVNH, a genetic brain anomaly creating unpredictable and medically uncontrolled Epilepsy , tinnitus, and migraines in my brain, I continue to practice holding on to hope and optimism, being grateful for everything in my life every day, and putting God first.


In my 20's I mothers three children, the first - my daughter - inherited this unforgiving disease from me and 27 years later suddenly was taken from this world through a medical phenomena known as SUDEP ( Sudden Unexplained Death in EPilepsy) To this day she remains part of my daily life as grief has healed and I remain hopeful she and I retain our spiritual connection via Love.


I look forward to supporting people here, that want the noise to become less obvious in their heads. I do not fight this battle; I believe this battle has already been won!
