Still around. I don't notice it as much as before but I know it is there. Took a while for me to feel better when it's around, habituation I think is possible even for low frequency tinnitus. They do seem to come and go and it is possible for you you'll get some silence again. Having music and sleeping with brown noise has helped me a lot and continues to help me going through bad episodes sometimes. Good luck!!
