I didn't go back. I don't need the stress. But thanks, I think.

Greetings. You reported your tinnitus getting worse after getting covid vaccine...did it go back to normal?

Hi. Yes. After about 3 weeks. I'm still nervous about the booster but might try curcumin + NAC before and after. I feel sure even mild covid could worsen my tinnitus. Plus I need to see my friends for emotional well-being. I do a lot of things to try to stay healthy. Not sure if those help but just thought I would mention.

I do know people who developed tinnitus after the vaccine for the first time, 6-8 months ago and still aren't better. So we do have to be careful. But long covid, I think, at least for me, could be far worse.
