- Tinnitus Since:
- 02/2018
- Cause of Tinnitus:
- Unknown, probably due to C1/C2 instability.
I'm a very fit person. However, my work is stressful. I work for a telco company and previously a product lead for any product that were to be launched in the market. Subsequently, I'm studying with my Masters Degree (eMBA) which compounded the stress I have.
- I have an ideal body weight.
- I have a poor posture when I work especially I can work in front of the computer 8 hours non-stop then studying relentlessly for hours at home.
- I was using my standing desks prior to my condition but I stopped using it because of my patello femoral pain syndrome on my left knee. Due to weight lifting and imbalanced strength of the legs.
- I previously had a minor injury on my L1 and L2 spine, which was years ago before my tinnitus emerged.
